By paying close attention to detail and collaborating effectively with stakeholders, you’ll add value in a confidential and impactful HR environment. ## What You Do Your responsibilities will include: - **Programme Support & Delivery:** Support the planning and execution of talent development and leadership programmes, including coordination, communications, and post-programme evaluations - **Research & Benchmarking:** Conduct research and benchmarking on talent management and succession planning best practices, and synthesize key insights for the team - **Data Analysis & Storytelling:** Assist in analysing anonymised and aggregated programme data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities - **Process Documentation:** Document talent management processes, create playbooks, and maintain templates and toolkits to support standardisation and knowledge sharing - **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Support coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery ## Who You Work With You’ll work closely with the Group Talent Management team and collaborate with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders across the organisation.
