Your Job
- Perform 12-hour shifts to support the running of production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness for production.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis.
- Assist engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and minimize downtime. Assist in implementing equipment improvement projects.
- Participate in the Quality Improvement Team program to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and continuously monitor and provide feedback to engineers to enhance equipment performance and meet Module objectives.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensure safe practices, and safeguard tools, equipment, and other properties belonging to the Module.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Microelectronics Engineering.
- 1 year of experience in a semiconductor equipment role is preferred.
- Ability to perform 12-hour rotating shifts.
