## Role details

## Job Responsibilities

  
- Assist the Engineering Department during the development phase.
  
- Design tooling and gauges during the product development phase.
  
- Draft process sheets and P-charts for production use.
  
- Assist the plant during trial runs and conduct process capability studies with QC staff.
  
- Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for production staff.
  
- Adhere to good housekeeping practices at all times and follow safety regulations.

## Qualifications & Requirements

  
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  
- Able to troubleshoot problems during trial runs.
  
- Basic CNC machining skills, familiarity with types of cutting tools, and basic knowledge of CNC programming.
  
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  
- Keen interest in outdoor testing.
  
- Basic CAD skills.
