## Role details

## Job Description

Develop ATE test programs, test hardware and bench evaluation boards for analog, digital and power semiconductor devices.

## Responsibilities

  
- Research new test methodologies for better test coverage and reduced test time.
  
- Coordinate with a multi-functional team to meet new product release schedules.

## Qualifications

  
- Proficiency in C++ programming.
  
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  
- Fresh graduates with good academic results are welcome to apply.
