You will gain experience by working across all areas within our team, including H&S, estimating, coordinating, administration, finance, and time out with the engineers to gain a holistic understanding of project delivery. As your knowledge and experience progress, you will take on responsibilities for smaller projects under the guidance of a Project Manager and will build to the ability to own projects from inception to completion. ## What you will be doing Ensuring you learn and understand the requirements through internal and external training to enable you to confidently deliver projects on behalf of JLL. You will gain a clear understanding of: - H&S legislation including CDM, risk and method statements, project reporting, budget control, client and stakeholder expectations - Time management, planning, communications, project delivery, quality, auditing, profit & loss, WIP and debt, training, resource forecasting, team meetings and communications ## Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience - Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above; a grade 5 in Maths is required for this role - Enthusiastic and passionate about a career in engineering - Eager to develop new skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team - Good attendance, self-discipline and time management; ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks - Minimum age of 18 years old ## What you can expect in return - Salary £22,000 per annum - 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and option to buy 5 days - Contributory company pension scheme - Life Assurance ## About the apprenticeship You will be studying towards a Level 4 Project Manager Apprenticeship. The course is delivered online. You will be working alongside our experienced Project Managers delivering a real project engineering role. You may be required to travel to different sites within a geographic region. You will need to manage your time and commitments to complete assignments while delivering a highly valued role. In addition to developing your core skills, you will be expected to support and carry out additional activities across our projects and service delivery. This may include project site assessments, supporting project documentation, assisting with technical surveys, and contributing to project planning and coordination activities. These responsibilities provide valuable hands-on experience across the full spectrum of project delivery while contributing to overall project success and will complement your technical development as you progress through the apprenticeship program. ## Important Information **GRADES:** You will be required to provide your GCSE grades prior to selection for the Assessment Centre & Interview. **Assessment Centre:** The assessment centre for this programme will take place on Monday 22 June or Tuesday 23 June in London. **Role Start Date:** September 2026 **Note:** You may be required to complete a DBS check, at either basic or enhanced level, depending on the location you will be working in. ## Location On-site – London, GBR If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
