The successful candidate will report to the Director overseeing one of the two teams. They will be an all‑round Corporate Action expert who provides excellent client service to deliver outstanding results for our business units and clients. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, implement effective controls, and develop client relationships. We drive strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo. This is an Associate position within Core Services, responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products. Read on… ## What you’ll do in the role - Liaise directly with agents, internal business units (front office and operations teams), and top-tier clients to ensure queries are resolved accurately and promptly for all stakeholders. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the operational process lifecycle by interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including clients. - Partner with a team of product experts to review all operational aspects of the trade flow while gaining strong technical knowledge, risk control, and commercial awareness. - Identify efficiency opportunities related to process flow methodology and enhance scalability with a proactive mindset. ## What you’ll bring to the role - Minimum of two years of banking experience. - Understanding of synthetic swaps middle-office operations would be advantageous. - Strong teamwork skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders locally and globally. - Track record in developing client relationships and engaging key stakeholders internally and externally. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive under pressure. - Strong leadership skills; a self-starter who can manage competing deadlines and prioritize effectively. - Strong organizational skills and time management. - Previous experience in Corporate Actions is preferable. - 0–2 years of relevant experience is generally expected to acquire the skills required for this role. ## What you can expect from Morgan Stanley At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage, and allocate capital for our clients—helping them reach their goals.
