At Schroders, our two-year rotational Graduate Programme offers you the unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across our award-winning teams. This structured programme is designed to develop your skills, expand your industry knowledge, and prepare you for a successful career in asset management.

Candidates should be available to start the graduate programme on 6 July 2026.

### Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking driven and client-focused individuals who are passionate about asset management and eager to contribute to a high-performing, collaborative, and inspiring team that thrives on solving clients’ challenges. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in financial markets, a commercial mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with both colleagues and clients. You should be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including senior professionals and external clients. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy problem-solving, and are keen to make a tangible impact, we would like to hear from you.

### Knowledge, experience and qualifications we’re looking for

  
- Shows genuine interest in asset management and current market trends, with the ability to discuss the impact of economic events on investments and form well-reasoned opinions on commercial or financial matters.
  
- Demonstrates moderate understanding of finance, able to discuss macro-level topics with clients and articulate insights effectively.
  
- Acts as a self-starter who is driven and passionate, willingly takes initiatives, and seeks out opportunities—evidenced by leading or launching projects, societies, or volunteering activities.
  
- Maintains composure and methodical thinking under pressure, balancing commitments and delivering results even in high-pressure environments.
  
- Confident, authentic communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to adapt style to different audiences, present clearly, and build rapport in client-facing situations.
  
- Works well in teams, prioritises client needs, and develops strong, trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues, maintaining a professional network.
  
- Analytical and resourceful, quickly understands client issues, listens actively, and identifies practical, effective solutions using available tools and networks.
  
- Demonstrates time, task, and stakeholder management, with event or project coordination experience and diary management.
  
- School project leadership experience will be a plus.
  
- Previous experience (e.g., internship or work experience) within financial services or a related field is advantageous.
  
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese (mandatory).

### Knowledge, experience and qualifications we’re looking for (continued)

- An honors degree or equivalent – we encourage applications from all disciplines.
  
- You will be in your final year of study or already graduated.
  
- A good working knowledge of document production software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
- The ability to understand our target audiences.
