## Description

Amazon is innovating in the Operations and Logistics space and is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Associate Account Manager for the UK. The ideal candidate will be excited by working in a new start-up environment with familiarity in B2B sales and account management for medium to large customers. The role is based in London with possible moderate travel (maximum 25%).

## Key responsibilities

  
- Own strategy and commercial growth of our customers
  
- Drive revenue, adoption, and market segment share for our product
  
- Earn trust of customers (shippers) and recommend product solutions that fit their business needs, meeting and exceeding targets for customer revenue and/or feature adoption
  
- Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas
  
- Relay market segment needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams
  
- Analyze current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end-user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organizational performance
  
- Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using our product
  
- Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary

## Qualifications

### Basic Qualifications

  
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  
- Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage
  
- Experience in business development, partner development, sales, Go-To-Market, etc.
  
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements and to influence senior stakeholders

### Preferred Qualifications

  
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
  
- Experience solving problems with technology within multiple industries
  
- Experience working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking)
  
- Experience working with Business Application Technologies (End User Compute, Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, Consumer Data Applications, Encrypted Communications, Communication Developer Services)
  
- Experience working with Advanced Compute technologies (Accelerated Compute, High Performance Compute, Visual/Spatial Compute, IoT)
  
- Experience working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, Cloud Operations)
