Job Description

• Develop, test, deploy, and support equipment integration hardware and software solutions for new and existing robotic automation applications in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Design and develop optimization, heuristic, and rule-based dispatching and scheduling algorithms to improve factory performance.
• Support equipment integration hardware and software solutions for new and existing factory automation.
• Lead, execute, and support hands-on, tactical troubleshooting efforts to resolve long‑term performance issues.
• Build relationships with internal partners, such as Operations, Manufacturing Systems Technology, Supply Chain, and Finance, as appropriate.
• Work on and collaborate on other assignments or projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics and Microelectronics Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Able to perform a 12-hour rotating shift
• Good team player
