## Job Requirements

  
- Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
  
- Prior experience in banking operations, client servicing, or commercial banking support is an advantage
  
- Familiarity with account opening, KYC/CDD, and basic credit processes preferred
  
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately
  
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

## Job Responsibilities

  
- Provide day-to-day support to Commercial business units to ensure smooth client management and service delivery
  
- Facilitate account opening and maintenance, internet banking setup, payment services, loan servicing, and post-approval matters
  
- Support client servicing requests and ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions
  
- Prepare Customer Risk Rating Dashboard (CRRD) and perform relevant searches and name screening checks
  
- Handle administrative duties, including mailings, document preparation, printing, and filing
  
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and operational support as required
