## Overview

Join our dynamic EMEA Investor Access Team in London, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our corporate access products. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that arranges corporate and expert access events for our equity and credit institutional investor clients. This role offers the chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment of real-time market pressures while remaining focused on client needs.

## Responsibilities

  
- Schedule 1:1 and small group meetings at conferences and forums
  
- Manage procedures for conference product
  
- Produce and regularly update Investor Access presentation materials
  
- Organize non-deal roadshows
  
- Arrange investor trips in Europe, including booking meetings with corporates
  
- Assist in executing Investor Access events

## Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

  
- Strong front-office administrative experience and knowledge of the capital markets
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  
- Good judgment; strong decision-making skills
  
- Strong interpersonal skills with direct, succinct communication
  
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence partners and stakeholders
  
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with real-time market pressures and stay focused on client needs
