## Job Overview

We are seeking a high-potential, quantitative-minded individual to join our Equity Derivatives trading desk as a Junior Trader. In this role, you will support senior traders in product pricing, market making, and risk management. You will work in a fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to the full trade lifecycle.

## Responsibilities

  
- Assist in equity derivative product pricing, market making, modelling, and process development for the business
  
- Assist in trade processing, risk analysis, and product lifecycle management
  
- Liaise with middle-office, back-office, and technology teams to ensure accurate trade booking, settlement, and technical stability of systems
  
- Work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member across the wider derivatives business

## Qualifications

  
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mathematics/Science/Economics/Finance
  
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in finance
  
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  
- Proficiency in Python; VBA experience preferred
  
- Mandarin language skills are a plus
