## Project Description

Collaborate with Micron tool owners and external vendors to fabricate a bracket that locks CMP chemical/rinse tubing in position to ensure a consistent drop point on the wafer.

## Project Scope

During the internship, the intern will be exposed to multiple CMP equipment types and several Micron platforms, and will collaborate with equipment owners to design a bracket for chemical/DIW tubing to lock the mechanism in place, ensuring consistent defect performance.

## Deliverable

Improve productivity and work efficiency by designing, fabricating, and implementing a locking mechanism for CMP chemical/DIW tubing.

## Impact of Project

Improved quality passing rate and reduced defectivity for CMP processes.
