## Department overview

Be part of a team which specialises in communications and creating brand experience for ING APAC

  
- 

The team focuses on internal and external communications, media engagements, branding, events, marketing and content generation

  
- 

Interns in the team can expect to work hard, move fast and learn constantly as they cycle through various marketing and communications specialisation

## Duties and responsibilities

  
- 

Assist the team with the day-to-day implementation of marketing, communications, events and brand campaigns

  
- 

Participate in regular brainstorming sessions for the development of communications initiatives

  
- 

Assist with developing content in various formats including video and digital

  
- 

Assist with the conceptualisation and execution of brand campaigns for internal and external communications

  
- 

Assist with channel management performance — data and tracking

  
- 

Manage timelines and processes for assigned briefs and projects

  
- 

Perform administrative, data entry-related and logistical tasks

## Skills and qualification requirements

  
- 

Undergraduate in mass communications/public relations/marketing/journalism

  
- 

A passion for everything marketing, communications and events related

  
- 

Strong copywriting skills, able to write for different formats and styles

  
- 

Broad understanding of digital content creation

  
- 

Eye for design, able to do creative designing and graphic editing

  
- 

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or video editing software is a bonus

  
- 

Go-getter attitude with strong organizational abilities

  
- 

Ability to work well in a team

## Additional skills

  
- 

Past internships in marketing or communications

  
- 

Portfolio of past projects/campaigns worked on and writing samples
