You’ll work closely with the Data Analytics, Commercial, and Sales teams to surface market intelligence that helps our customers (property agents and developers) make smarter decisions. This is a hands‑on role: you’ll be working directly with real datasets, building outputs that go into live sales tools and artifacts used by the sales/commercial/analytics teams. This role is ideal for someone who is not just comfortable with numbers but is curious about why the numbers look the way they do and can translate that into clear, actionable insights for a non‑technical audience. ## Responsibilities - Build a repository of Market Intelligence Insights; explore and identify key metrics and insights from a consumer/property seeker’s perspective in collaboration with the Commercial and Analytics teams. - Query and explore complex datasets to surface trends and patterns.
