Our scale, local knowledge and intellectual capital enable us to deliver distinct perspectives and long‑term solutions for our partners. ## Role Details Fast-track opportunities within our Global Advisory division for an Off-cycle Analyst based in London, Denmark Team. In Denmark, we advise premier private equity and corporate clients on international M&A and financing (equity and debt) agendas, and we also assist international clients with transactions into the local market. The Danish Team comprises six experienced professionals in London, and we are seeking to expand with an Off-cycle Analyst for a 4–6 month period (flexible start date and duration to accommodate study requirements). We anticipate a start in August or September 2026, with a preference for availability in H2‑26. The role offers significant responsibility and exposure from day one in a dynamic environment. ## Responsibilities - Be an integrated part of the team’s origination and execution of M&A and financing transactions, including participation in internal and external meetings. - Develop and maintain standard or bespoke financial models with support from colleagues. - Prepare valuation analyses to support client advice, including LBO, DCF and trading and transaction comparables. - Draft marketing materials including information memoranda and management presentations. - Research relevant industries to support the team’s marketing initiatives. - Contribute content to pitch documents by conducting ad-hoc analyses. - Support the team in coordinating transaction processes internally, with other advisers and with clients. ## Education and Qualifications - Strong academic credentials within Finance, Economics or similar; MSc and/or BSc degree (finalised or on track to finalise) from a leading Danish or international university. - Native in Danish and fluent in English. ## Experience, Skills and Competencies - Genuine interest in corporate finance and M&A, ideally demonstrated through relevant part-time experience in a related position. - Strong interest in the Nordic M&A market. - Very strong analytical and numerical skills. - Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. - Diligent and committed to excellence with attention to detail; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay well-organised. - Ambitious, driven and capable of delivering results under tight deadlines. ## Additional Details Location: London, United Kingdom Application deadline: 31 May 2026 ## Applying to this role This Aug / Sept 2026 - Global Advisory Long Term Internship - Denmark Coverage Team role at Rothschild & Co runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
