We are looking for a talented Emerging Brands Vendor Manager (VM) who will manage vendor relationships across all Amazon banners and set the strategic direction for their vendors and sales agency partners. The ideal candidate has experience in buying, marketing, and/or finance, with a track record of successful relationship management, strong analytical skills, and experience generating and managing data. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Excel are essential. The candidate is a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems to deliver results.

## Responsibilities

  
- Support strategic negotiations with vendors and represent Amazon when meeting with vendor partners and agency partners and their leadership
  
- Develop long-term strategies and influence cross-category plans to deliver Amazon's goals while focusing on customer obsession
  
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Amazon and with assigned vendors/agencies
  
- Create opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, and brand-building
  
- Audit metrics regularly, identify business opportunities, assess risks, and make recommendations to deliver results
  
- Identify industry trends and develop innovative marketing and merchandising initiatives to support growth

## Qualifications

### Basic Qualifications

  
- 1+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience
  
- Bachelor's degree
  
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML

### Preferred Qualifications

  
- Experience in process improvement
  
- Experience managing large data sets
  
- Experience working with clients

## Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
