The Research Relationship Management team is part of Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) Americas TPW Business and is responsible for leading the investment business development strategy for third-party wealth management clients. ## Key Responsibilities - Partner with senior sales professionals on business development efforts with focus firms - Lead business development and prospecting efforts for select emerging firms - Handle all logistics related to client meetings - Liaise with internal teams on all client requests - Triage client service issues - Assist with client events - Manage all project tracker spreadsheets with lists of critical action items - Be a subject matter expert on tools used by the team - Assist with team reporting as needed ## Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree and strong academic background - Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the financial markets - Excellent verbal communication - Ability to multitask and prioritize - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong time management skills - Keen attention to detail ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience in asset or wealth management is preferred but not required - Willingness to learn new businesses and take on new tasks - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills - Series 7 and 63 registration preferred - CFA preferred ## Salary The expected base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $90,000–$125,000.
