We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Sales Development Associate** to join our sales team. This isn’t just a lead generation role; it is a consultative position designed for those who want to master the art of software sales.

As the first point of contact for our prospects, you will act as a brand ambassador, utilizing a consultative approach to identify business needs and demonstrate the value of our Experiences SaaS platform. You will work at the forefront of our sales funnel, ensuring a smooth transition of high-quality opportunities convert into customers.

## What You Will Do

  
- **Consultative Outreach:** Conduct high-volume outbound engagement with prospective customers, moving beyond scripts to have meaningful business conversations.
  
- **Value Positioning:** Clearly articulate the Bókun value proposition, identifying how our platform solves specific challenges for tour and activity operators.
  
- **Lead Qualification:** Understand the initial needs of potential customers to determine product fit.
  
- **Pipeline Management:** Manage all activities and lead progression within the Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and a systematic approach to developing your pipeline.
  
- **Collaborative Success:** Partner closely with the wider sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact to subscription.
  
- **Performance Excellence:** Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, conversion numbers, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
