## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Perform 12-hour shift duties to support Test Process operations in the module and meet operation goals.
  
- Develop and implement methods and procedures for test process control and test process improvement for production.
  
- Coordinate with Specialists to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
  
- Design and operate sophisticated test equipment and fixtures, and ensure quality levels while minimizing defects and failure rates.
  
- Analyze reports and charts to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
  
- Collaborate with supplier representatives on quality problems, ensure effective corrective actions are implemented, and contribute to supplier quality improvement programs.
  
- Create process job-files for test equipment for production setup.
  
- Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, uphold safe practices, and ensure safe custody of tools, equipment, and other properties belonging to the module.
  
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

## Pre-requisites

  
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering.
  
- Relevant education and/or 1 to 2 years of experience in test engineering or wafer-fab production.
  
- Able to perform a 12-hour rotating shift.
  
- Physically fit and able to carry and attend to test fixtures or equipment in a cleanroom environment.
  
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
- Able to work independently.
