## Role

**Officer, Equities Delta 1 Middle Office Analyst – Hybrid** (Internal Job Title: Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 – C10) based in Hong Kong. Citi’s Markets business provides world-class solutions and a global presence, serving corporates, institutional investors, and governments from trading floors in almost 80 countries. The role sits within the Equities Delta One Middle Office, a specialist team in the Prime Finance division that supports the Delta One and Synthetic Prime Brokerage Trading & Sales desks.

## Responsibilities

  
- **Client Relationship Management:** Serve as the dedicated operational point of contact for a portfolio of key Prime Brokerage clients. Manage and enhance relationships through first-class service, interact with prospective clients, and onboard new clients to our platform.
  
- **Trade Lifecycle Ownership:** Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle for Equity Swaps and P-Notes, from execution and allocation to settlements and complex query resolution, including fails management.
  
- **Operational Risk & Control:** Proactively manage operational risk by adhering to and enhancing the established control framework.
  
- **Business Partnership & Regional Growth:** Liaise with Front Office Sales and Trading to support the growing client roster and expand the business footprint in Asia.

## Requirements & Qualifications

  
- **Experience:** 1–3 years in a relevant role (e.g., Middle Office, Prime Brokerage Operations, Trade Support).
  
- **Product Knowledge:** Knowledge of Cash Equity and Equity Swaps (or related Equity Derivatives) is highly preferred. Experience with the trade lifecycle (trade capture, settlements, reconciliations) and corporate actions is a plus.
  
- **Soft Skills:** Self-reliant with excellent communication skills; confident in participating in client meetings and managing key relationships. Ability to work under pressure in both team and independent settings.
  
- **Mindset:** Proactive, results-oriented with a strong focus on risk management and a robust control environment. Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-volume, multitasking environment.
  
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
