## Role Overview

MUFG is seeking to appoint a Securitised Products Analyst to its London (or Amsterdam)‑based team. This role offers the opportunity to work in the sophisticated domain of structured finance, supporting the origination and execution of securitisation transactions across asset classes including residential mortgages, auto loans, consumer credit, and credit card receivables. You will join a collegial, knowledgeable team that values professional advancement, diversity, and interdepartmental cooperation. The organisation is recognised for its exemplary services and products and prioritises flexible working arrangements and comprehensive training.

## What you'll do

As a Securitised Products Analyst based in London, you will support the full lifecycle of securitisation transactions for financial institution clients and corporates. You will work closely with experienced sector leads to structure transactions across asset classes, prepare risk analyses, review legal documents, model cash flows, conduct due diligence, and manage client communications throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will also participate in deal closings by coordinating with internal teams and external partners and stay informed of regulatory developments to incorporate new requirements into your workflow. Building relationships across departments will enable efficient information gathering and collaboration. You will gain broad exposure to EMEA markets by supporting private placement and public ABS transactions while developing expertise in structured finance.

- Provide support in the origination and execution of securitised products for financial institutions, focusing on asset classes such as RMBS, auto loans, consumer credit, and credit card receivables.

- Assist with transaction renewals, amendments, and waivers with transaction managers to ensure smooth deal progression.

- Contribute to origination and execution for corporate or esoteric clients, delivering bespoke solutions with sector leads.

- Analyse complex transaction structures by preparing risk memoranda and reports, reviewing legal documentation, modelling cash flows, and conducting due diligence.

- Manage client relationships at counterpart level, communicating clearly and responding promptly to routine queries.

- Lead or support deal closings by coordinating internal teams and external parties.

- Maintain knowledge of regulatory developments affecting securitisation markets and integrate insights into daily practice.

- Cultivate strong peer networks across departments to facilitate information gathering and collaboration.

- Support the execution of private placement and public ABS transactions in EMEA with senior originators.

- Adopt a product‑neutral approach when assisting with origination across multiple jurisdictions.

## What you bring

To excel as a Securitised Products Analyst, you should have practical experience in structured finance or working capital finance, ideally from reputable banks or advisory firms. You should possess strong analytical abilities, familiarity with legal or credit matters, and effective communication skills to build trust with colleagues and clients. Commercial awareness and negotiation skills are important for navigating complex deal structures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential for presenting data and managing large information volumes. A collaborative mindset and appreciation for diverse perspectives are valued.

- Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.

- Experience in structured finance or working capital finance, from a bank, rating agency, or advisory firm.

- Desirable background in legal, accounting, or credit analysis to interpret complex documentation.

- Ability to resolve complex problems with sound commercial judgment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships across departments and with clients.

- Negotiation skills for achieving favorable outcomes in discussions with clients and counterparties.

- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations, data analysis, cash flow modeling, and reporting.

- Fluency in a European language is advantageous, but not essential; a willingness to learn about new markets is valued.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail and meet deadlines.

- Collaborative and inclusive mindset that supports a diverse team environment.
