## Summary of Role

This position is for an Engineer to join the Fab Process Integration team. Core responsibilities include ownership of process integration from development and customer engagement to production. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production and demonstrates a technical understanding of various processes and a balanced scorecard approach to develop, sustain, and improve technologies with quality, cost, and delivery considerations.

## Essential Responsibilities

  
- Feature-rich RF, ULP, Power and SiPh process development in technologies including FINFET, FDSOI, and eNVM.
  
- Collaborate with process module and device teams to drive process solutions.
  
- Work with PL and BU to oversee project scope and ensure that all technical needs are met.

## Other Responsibilities

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

## Required Qualifications

  
- Education: Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or other relevant engineering/physical science discipline.
  
- Strong project management skills, particularly focused on managing schedules, scope, and cost trade-offs of projects.
  
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.

## Preferred Qualifications

  
- Experience in FEOL/BEOL processes with Planar, FinFET and FDSOI technologies is a plus.
  
- Results-oriented and focused on quality of work.
  
- Excellent structured problem solving and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, clients, as well as internal and external partners.
  
- Strong presentation and technical writing skills.
  
- Self-starter and highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and challenging professional environment.

## Compensation

Expected Salary Range: $69,000.00 - $145,800.00. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.

## Additional Information

The role may require obtaining a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance at some time during employment. Acceptance commits to applying if requested. Applicants may be asked about citizenship and background to assess clearance eligibility. GlobalFoundries can nominate and submit an application for a Security Clearance; granting is at the sole discretion of the U.S. Government and DoD.
