## 2027 - Summer Analyst Internship – Global Markets, Sales & Trading

**Location:** New York, NY

## Overview

Our Global Markets Americas (GMA) team works with governments, multinationals, private banks, and global institutions. We support hedging and financing opportunities across asset classes, provide research and market intelligence, and deliver market-leading solutions and service. The GMA Sales & Trading Internship Program is rotational—you will spend each half of your internship with two different global business lines (GBLs) and functional roles. The Global Business Lines include Global Credit, Global Equities, Global Macro – Equity Derivatives (EQD), Foreign Exchange, Local Markets, Commodity Derivatives (FXLM.COMM), G10 Rates, Markets 360 (Research & Strategy), Primary Credit Markets (PCM), and Prime Solutions & Financing (PS&F). Functional roles include Sales, Trading, Structuring, and Research & Strategy.

## What You Will Do

During the internship, you will:

  
- Analyze opportunities, produce research and market analysis, and develop market commentary for internal and external distribution.
  
- Work with Sales, Trading, Structuring, or Research & Strategy on assigned projects.
  
- Gain exposure to a broad range of asset classes, markets, and client needs across two different GBLs per semester.

## What You Will Need

  
- Graduation year: Winter 2027 – Spring 2028
  
- All majors accepted; STEM majors are a plus
  
- Good understanding of management accounting
  
- Fast learner, results-oriented
  
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
  
- Autonomous; ability to articulate ideas to clients and colleagues

## Intern Experience

  
- Initial induction training to set you up for success and to network with your intern class across divisions
  
- Complete technical projects and collaborate with colleagues across the Bank to explore interests and skills
  
- Participate in a summer senior speaker series to gain understanding of financial markets
  
- Network with colleagues and engage in philanthropy and social events

## Compensation

Base salary for this position in New York, NY is $110,000.
