Global Banking provides financing solutions, capital structure advisory, and cash management for clients. Within Global Banking, Investment Grade Finance delivers loan and bond financing solutions to Investment Grade clients across the Americas, comprising Debt Capital Markets and Loan Capital Markets. You may be placed on a product team to work on bond/loan transactions, market materials, financial analysis and modeling, and contribute as a valuable team member. There may also be placements within the Investment Grade Syndicate team, which collaborates with Debt Capital Markets to execute bond transactions. The Syndicate team handles execution of all investment grade bond transactions, focusing on active book runner roles and working with origination and sales to ensure marketability and best execution of strategically important transactions. IG Syndicate operates across four verticals: Corporates, Financials, Emerging Markets, and Private Placements, leveraging global origination and distribution capabilities and maintaining active dialogue with internal and external clients. The Global Markets team includes the Corporate Sales group at BNP Paribas. Corporate Sales partners with companies to manage interest rate, foreign exchange, and commodity hedging needs, helping to hedge exposures, mitigate risks, and optimize balance sheets. The team consists of industry-focused professionals handling clients across the investment grade and high yield spectrum. Corporate Sales sits at the nexus of Global Banking, Sales & Trading, Risk, and Capital Markets to provide tailored solutions for each client situation.
