## Job Title

Event Assistant

## Location

On-site – Hong Kong, SAR, China

## Working Schedule

5.5 days, 09:00 am – 6:00 pm; schedule depends on events

## Responsibilities

  
- Operate and use audio and visual equipment; provide technical assistance on the types of visual aids to be used and provide instruction on equipment use.
  
- Prepare event equipment (including stage panels, furniture, and audio equipment) before venue handover.
  
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair equipment during and after use.
  
- Meet with clients or client representatives to determine the technical needs for their event.
  
- Monitor event setup, manage crowd control, cordon off areas, and dismantle equipment as required.
  
- Provide operation support.
  
- Minimize the risk of incidents during event setup and dismantling.
  
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
  
- Perform related work as assigned.
  
- Submit and prepare event reports or related documentation.
  
- Coordinate equipment check and repair arrangements.
  
- Supervise subordinates as needed.
