## Role Overview

Tullett Prebon (TP ICAP) is looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a team environment. We seek sociable people who enjoy building long-term relationships with clients. This is a fast-paced, energetic role that requires teamwork and proactive engagement.

## Responsibilities

  
- Promote Tullett Prebon (TP) as a company
  
- Provide complete support to the brokers for the smooth running of the desk
  
- Ensure timely input of trades into trading systems
  
- Resolve internal and external trade queries and ensure trade discrepancies are resolved promptly
  
- Identify trade opportunities and calculate strategies
  
- Keep trade records up to date
  
- Update real-time manual/electronic whiteboards with market data
  
- Provide input on various projects for brokers and traders
  
- Provide trade details to brokers and traders daily
  
- Give live quotes to traders through messaging systems
  
- Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments
  
- Understand the underlying products being traded and stay updated on new products and procedures
  
- Liaise with clients (via telephone and face-to-face) to understand business objectives and provide reliable broking service
  
- Develop new business with existing clients and onboard new clients through the Client On-Boarding team
