They will work closely with senior team members to develop exceptional financial modelling, analytical and investment analysis skills, negotiation and presentation capabilities, and exposure to the European Investment Grade corporate bond markets. ## What you can expect Investment Analysts will assist with evaluating new investment opportunities by performing fundamental credit research, including qualitative analysis, financial modelling, and due diligence reviews. They will also support ongoing monitoring of existing portfolio positions. ## What you will bring - Strong critical thinking and logic skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels - Embraces and encourages change and development - Maintains a high level of productivity and self-direction - Enjoys being part of a team but can work independently - Proactive in problem solving - Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent) - Minimum of 128 UCAS points or equivalent (from top 3 A levels, excluding General Studies) - Highly numerate - Genuine interest in investments and financial markets - Able to set priorities and complete simultaneous projects - Strong analytical skills and ability to think about and solve complex issues - Strong quantitative skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets and models - Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality of work - Computer proficiency with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new and proprietary applications ## What will set you apart - Candidates who have completed internships and/or have some work experience in a Finance industry role will be viewed favorably - Candidates with Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business degrees would be viewed favorably ***PGIM welcomes all applicants, even if you don’t meet every requirement.
