### What You’ll Do

  
- Support pipeline tracking and sales forecasting processes
  
- Assist in maintaining CRM data accuracy (Salesforce or similar system)
  
- Build and update dashboards and recurring performance reports
  
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights
  
- Support territory planning and account assignment projects
  
- Partner with Finance to reconcile bookings and performance metrics
  
- Help document and improve sales processes and workflows
  
- Contribute to special revenue operations projects as needed
  
- Provide ad hoc data analysis to support Sales leadership

### Who You Are

  
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  
- Strong interest in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or business analytics
  
-  Comfortable working with data and large datasets
  
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
- Strong interest in AI
  
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
  
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

**Job Compensation Range**

$39,000 - $65,000

The base salary range for this role is shown above. Base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards package; the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package, including a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage).
