The Analyst in the SRI Solutions group will play a critical role within JPMorgan Chase’s Security and Resiliency Initiative (SRI), supporting a small, high-impact Investment Banking team in London. In this role, you will help qualify SRI opportunities, track and report progress, produce EMEA-relevant content, facilitate external engagement, and coordinate SRI-focused events and activities. You will work directly with JPMorgan clients, government partners, industry associations, investors, and internal stakeholders to drive SRI-aligned mandates and differentiate JPMorgan’s offering. The Analyst will combine deep analytical rigor with strategic judgment and execution capability—translating complex market, policy, and financial dynamics into actionable strategies that drive resilience, economic growth, and job creation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-submission assessment and triage to determine SRI alignment of opportunities and mandates
  • Track and report progress, preparing monthly reports for industry, country, and EMEA senior managers
  • Produce and curate EMEA-appropriate content to complement coverage teams and drive discussions with clients and Boards on policy direction, market trends, and JPMorgan’s differentiated SRI offering
  • Facilitate external engagement with stakeholders, including industry associations, government entities, and think tanks
  • Connect and collaborate with the SRI Core Team in the US
  • Organise SRI-focused events and convenings, such as dinners, roundtables, briefings, and summits
  • Assist with identification of interesting companies that may fall outside usual coverage, with potential SRI alignment
  • Support investor engagement to complement conversations led by other teams
  • Coordinate the EMEA SRI Action/Delivery group to ensure alignment and progress

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Relevant experience in investment banking, global corporate banking, management consulting, private equity, armed forces, project finance, or a related field
  • Strong familiarity with Continental European geopolitics, military, defence, or public policy
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience preparing management reports and tracking progress against objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content for diverse audiences
  • Strong organisational skills, with experience coordinating events and group activities
  • French, German, Polish, or Italian language proficiency

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Familiarity with supply chain dynamics, industrial policy, or national security-related economic issues
  • Experience with public-private partnerships, government programmes, or policy-adjacent investment initiatives
  • Industry expertise in one or more relevant sectors (supply chain and advanced manufacturing, defence and aerospace, energy, frontier and strategic tech, pharma and health tech)
  • Track record of supporting external engagement and event coordination
  • Proven ability to operate in cross-functional, matrixed environments

Attributes for Success

  • Strategic, systems-level thinker with strong execution discipline
  • Comfortable acting as a connector across finance, policy, and industry
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to JPMorgan Chase values
