You will be supported throughout via formal training, mentoring, and ongoing feedback. ## Potential Role Types Potential role types within the ING London Technology department include, but are not limited to: - **DevOps Engineer:** Work on automating and streamlining operations and processes, building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. - **Financial Markets Systems Engineer:** Support and enhance systems used in financial markets, ensuring they meet the needs of traders and analysts. - **Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst:** Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks, ensuring the security and integrity of internal and third‑party systems. - **Workplace Services Engineer:** Manage and improve workplace technology services (O365, Windows), ensuring a seamless and efficient working environment with a strong focus on employee experience. Work closely with other IT support teams on projects and support a variety of technology solutions. - **Business Management & Strategy:** Work closely with both business and technology teams to ensure the organisation’s technology architecture supports its business goals. ## Main Duties and Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes. - Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, supported by experienced colleagues. - Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating and learning where appropriate. - Deliver consistent reporting and actionable insights relevant to your role. - Build knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices through hands‑on experience. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technology function. - Work alongside your fellow technology graduates on a team‑led project, culminating in a presentation to senior leaders within the organisation. ## Key Skills and Requirements We recognise that no candidate will meet every requirement.
