## Responsibilities

  
- Handle daily clubhouse operation, management, and administration
  
- Register users for facility usage
  
  
- Check the equipment and facilities
  
- Provide guidance to users on facility use
  
- Arrange towel laundry
  
- Monitor the maintenance of clubhouse facilities
  
- Arrange replacement of equipment and purchase of new facilities
  
- Prepare reports on clubhouse operations (e.g., usage, income)
  
- Arrange function setup and preparation
  
- Assist other building management and operations when necessary
  
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Recreation Officer
