We employ more than 121,000 professionals in multidisciplinary teams, including financiers, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers, and designers. ## About the job **Summary of Responsibilities:** The Analyst will support the US Corporate Debt Advisory team (Corporates segment), which assesses capital structures and financing alternatives available to corporate clients across a range of sectors to align with their strategic objectives. The analysis is conducted using internal technical tools and models. Examples include M&A capacity, shareholder returns, indicative credit ratings, cost of capital, and product-agnostic advisory on various debt and equity solutions. The Analyst will support senior team members by working on financial models and preparing client marketing materials that present analytical conclusions. The Analyst will also collaborate with other teams—Corporate Lending and Debt Capital Markets—in preparing comprehensive pitch books. ## Essential duties - Manipulation of financial models to project financial statements and key credit metrics - Identification and synthesis of industry research - Preparation of various marketing materials for client pitches - Maintenance and improvement of analytical tools and templates - Data management Moderately complex responsibilities with a critical focus on financial modeling and the preparation of client pitch books; both are iterative processes requiring high attention to detail. ## Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Math, Engineering, or related field - Fluent in English. Working knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required ## Skills, knowledge, and abilities / Competencies - Comfort with accounting and financial statements - Previous experience with financial models is a plus - High attention to detail - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational skills to manage tight deadlines and complex projects - Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible in responsibilities - Advanced Excel (e.g., auditing, understanding, and editing formulas such as IF statements) and PowerPoint (creating, updating, and formatting slides with charts and tables in a polished manner) - 6–18 months of job experience is preferable but not required ## Licenses FINRA SIE + Series 79 required (or willing to obtain within 6 months) ## Salary, benefits, and eligibility All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. For the New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $100,000 to $108,000. Offers are not typically at the top of the range.
