## Role details

## Overview

UBS is seeking ambitious students to join the 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Banking business. This program provides exposure to finance and banking with a truly global footprint.

## What you’ll gain

  
- Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
  
- Prepare industry analyses for pitches
  
- Engage in the execution of live deals

## Our team

You’ll be part of UBS’s Global Banking team, responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

## Qualifications & requirements

  
- Penultimate or final year of your degree, or recent graduate (no more than 6 months from the internship start date)
  
- On track for a 2:1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in your first undergraduate degree
  
- Values aligned with hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  
- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  
- Motivated to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
