## Role & Responsibilities

  
- Manage a cost-effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, through the provision of engineering support to the production line, to achieve the organization's targeted manufacturing index.
  
- Take full ownership of all engineering issues of the assigned process.
  
- Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
  
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost by working with Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors, and Shift Engineers to achieve overall committed targets.
  
- Maintain, manage, and improve department quality key performance indicators (wafer scrap, defectivity, SPC, FDC, non-conformance lot, excursion, etc.).
  
- Establish robust process control system for Si & SiC to maintain the lowest Wafer At Risk (WAR) level, highest signal-to-noise ratio on SPC & FDC, and minimize human dependency.
  
- Implement Best Known Method (BKM) for overall quality control system through benchmarking.
  
- Participate with the local team in selected projects or activities such as cost reduction, process robustness, quality improvement, and cycle time improvement.

## Your Skills & Experiences

  
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.
  
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations related to dose concentration, angle, and air pressure.
  
- Self-initiated, proactive, and able to communicate clearly.
  
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
