## Posting Description

Starting your career in Investment Banking Division as an Analyst/Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions team, you will be a key player in the execution of the firm's business. Senior bankers will get to know you — both as a person and as a valued member of a winning team.

## Responsibilities

  
- Performing valuation analyses
  
- Working on mergers and acquisitions
  
- Building detailed financial models and executing transactions from pitch to close
  
- Analyzing market data, building detailed financial models and preparing client presentations
  
- Coming up with innovative and creative ways to solve complex, real-world business challenges
  
- Learning how we help clients and communities to grow and polishing your technical skills
  
- Building your professional network with mentors, senior executives and others

## Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related disciplines
  
- Minimum 1 year experience working in the front office of a top-tier Investment Bank
  
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills
  
- Good understanding of the M&A and capital markets transaction cycle and processes involved
  
- Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
  
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
