## Your Role

You will act as Equipment Owner and lead equipment improvement projects to achieve optimal maintenance cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield, and throughput. Your responsibilities include:

  
- Manage new equipment start-up and liaise with vendors to accept equipment for production
  
- Plan, organize, and deliver technical support and expertise on specific tools to Assistant Maintenance Engineers and Technicians
  
- Establish corrective maintenance procedures and troubleshooting guides for efficient resolution
  
- Establish preventive maintenance procedures to maximize efficiency without compromising quality
  
- Provide training to Assistant Maintenance Engineers and Technicians to enhance troubleshooting skills and equipment knowledge
  
- Establish critical equipment spares and consumables stock levels to support recovery time
  
- 
  
- Participate in cost-reduction projects to maintain cost efficiency
  
- Generate regular equipment downtime Pareto reports and analyze chronic or repeated issues

## Your Skills & Experiences

  
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  
- 1–3 years’ experience with Wet Equipment, including spray solvent tools, wet bench modular tanks, and various drying mechanisms
  
- Strong ability to read and analyze electrical schematics and block diagrams
  
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork across departments
  
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  
- Experience with statistical tools, problem-solving methodologies, FMEA, and 8D
  
- Knowledge of PLC programming is an added advantage
