## Your Role

  
- Act as process owner and implement process improvement projects to achieve the best possible process cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters.
  
- Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and timely implementation of effective solutions.
  
- Manage new equipment qualification and liaise with maintenance until the tool is released to production.
  
- Plan, organize and provide technical support and expertise on assigned tools to Assistant Shift Process Engineers and Technicians.
  
- Provide training to Shift Engineers and Technicians to strengthen troubleshooting capability and equipment knowledge.
  
- Implementation and review FDC/APC setups for manufacturing tools.
  
- Translate the requirements of Production and IE needs to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters.
  
- Participate in cost reduction projects to improve cost efficiency.
  
- Review equipment downtime Pareto reports and analyze chronic or recurring issues.

## Your Skills & Experiences

  
- Degree in Material Science / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Physics / Chemistry or a related discipline
  
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
  
- Experience in Wet Equipment / processes is an advantage
  
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  
- Good knowledge of statistical tools, problem-solving tools, FMEA and 8D
