Program Overview
As a Summer Analyst in the Market Intelligence team in Equity Capital Markets, you'll help promote innovation for our clients. In this nine-week program, you’ll receive comprehensive training, hands-on learning opportunities, continuous mentoring and feedback, and development opportunities through meaningful projects that challenge you and build your skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Combine real-time market intelligence with investor views to provide actionable insight on equity capital markets origination and execution
- Develop client-facing presentations and thought leadership that provide differentiated advice and insights to corporate, sponsor, and investor clients
- Support investor relationship development, including planning and executing bespoke touchpoints and events
- Participate in client transactions – including all equity capital markets deals – working closely with senior leaders from initial pitch through to closing
- Learn how we support the growth of our clients and communities
- Develop innovative solutions to address complex, real-world business challenges
- Strengthen your technical skills in corporate finance
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Fluency in English
- Fluency means the ability to easily read, write, speak, and comprehend spoken English.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028 from a bachelor’s or master’s program
- Master’s candidates must complete their degree within two years of receiving a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4 on a 4.0 scale
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Demonstrated energy and commitment to building a career in equity capital markets
- Strong analytical, accounting, finance, quantitative, and financial modeling skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team
- Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in fast-paced environments

About You
A strong interest in investment banking is essential, as are analytical and quantitative abilities. Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment is also important. Attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and a well-rounded academic background are highly valued. While a degree in Finance, Business, or Economics is not required, a solid level of numeracy is essential.
