## Job Description

### Responsibilities

  
- Liaise with tenants to gain insights to sales trends and performance through regular meetings and visitations
  
- Analyze tenant performance through retail indicators like GTO per square foot and occupancy costs
  
- Assist in day-to-day functions of the centre management office
  
- Collaborate with other departments like Marketing and Operations to problem solve
  
- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects as required

### Requirements

  
- Preferred studies: Real Estate or any other related disciplines
  
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
