Your Role

  • Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis, isolation, and solution implementation.
  • Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost by working with the Tool Owners, Tool Specialists, and Production Supervisors to achieve the overall committed Production targets.
  • Provide cross-functional coverage based on need and priority across departments and fabs.
  • Share technical knowledge and lessons learned with new colleagues.

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Graduate in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen desire to learn.
  • Effective communication skills for teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Willingness to work shifts and adapt to a dynamic production environment.
  • Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
