Internship Opportunity

As part of our 2026 10-week internship program, Capital Group invites university undergraduates to apply for an internship within Investment Operations. The internship will run for 10 weeks from 11 May to 17 July 2026. The Capital Group’s Equity and Fixed Income Trading departments located in Singapore undertake all client trade execution activities across the Asia Pacific region. We track relevant financial market and pricing information daily and develop appropriate trade execution strategies to match client investment portfolio needs. Additionally, we perform a key liaison role for internal investment professionals and the public securities markets.

Trading

Shadow traders in the daily workflow and tasks. Assist/lead bespoke trading desk related projects (e.g., market news and data reports, trade data analysis).

Compensation & Benefits

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of eligible earnings.
