## Programme Description

## You’ll do

  
- From day one, join a close-knit team in either equity or macro research, exploring sectors or economic trends that shape the world. You’ll contribute to real reports and insights relied upon by clients.
  
- Work across markets and regions to create detailed reports and trade ideas, gaining exposure to different asset classes and global investment themes.
  
- Build analytical skills by breaking down complex problems and interpreting numbers, data, and trends with precision.
  
- Assess company performance, evaluate risks, and explain what the data means.
  
- Learn how to present with impact, whether in client meetings, internal updates, or research notes.
  
- Understand the bigger picture—how the global economy, current events, and market trends influence investment decisions and how research supports clients.
  
- Team up with experienced Analysts and Economists who’ll support your learning, share insights, and help you grow.
  
- Gain confidence using industry tools—financial modelling platforms, data dashboards, and market intelligence tools—to turn complex information into clear, compelling insights.

You’ll kick off the programme with a full week of structured training led by external experts. After that, you’ll continue learning on the job—with feedback, mentorship, and opportunities to stretch yourself. By the end of the internship, you’ll be able to analyze global markets, explain your conclusions, and act on them. If you perform well, you’ll have the opportunity to join our graduate programme.

## Eligibility Criteria

  
- Available to work full time for 10 weeks commencing June 2026
  
- Obtained, or expected to achieve, a GPA of at least 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (as appears on your official university transcript or degree certificate), or overseas equivalent
  
- Expected to graduate between November 2026 and July 2027
  
- Fluent in English
