This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in how companies shape their workforce structures and leverage insights from data to drive impactful business decisions. ### Organisation Design - Assist in reviewing and analysing current organizational structures and internal workforce data - Support the design and implementation of organisational effectiveness metrics and governance cadences ### People Analytics - Collect, organize, and analyse people-related data to uncover actionable insights - Contribute to the development of dashboards in HR tools or visualisations in platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to track key metrics - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity - Generate meaningful reports to inform workforce planning, performance management, and talent strategy - Identify patterns and trends that support evidence-based decision-making ### Please note - We do not offer hybrid/remote working for this position - The start date is Jan 2026 for a 6 months internship - FULL TIME Our internship programme connects academic theory with practical experience.
