## The Role

This is not a typical corporate management trainee programme. It is a highly selective programme designed to maximize the potential of high-potential individuals and develop autonomous, relentless operators—individuals we call “Barrels.” A Barrel is an exceptional talent who relentlessly works backwards from desired outcomes, solving problems and executing with high velocity.

## The Programme

The upcoming cohort will commence in July 2026. You will:

  
- Complete a 3-month intensive immersion journey in the Founders Office, gaining fluency in data, finance, and marketplace fundamentals.
  
- Undergo 3 structured rotations spanning 21 months in core business engines—product, growth, and commercialization. In each rotation, you will report to a senior leader and participate in a structured learning programme to equip you with the skillsets and playbooks critical to leading an online marketplace.
  
- Apply learning in real-world situations that directly impact our community of users and customers.
  
- Contribute to organizational capability-building programmes shaping the future of the business.
  
- Aim to own a product, category, market, or growth engine upon completion of the 24-month high-intensity talent incubator programme.

## The Difference

  
- **Skin-in-the-Game Sponsorship:** A small batch intake with your direct manager as a senior executive, providing focused mentorship and ownership of high-stakes mandates from day one.

## Qualifications

### Education

Strong logic, data fluency, and business acumen are essential. Preferred backgrounds include data analytics, economics, finance, and business, or technical fields such as engineering, with a strong interest in becoming a business operator.

### Experience

Up to 1 year of full-time professional work experience post-graduation.

- Team-oriented with the ability to learn from failures and rebound quickly.

### Core Competencies

  
- Effective verbal and written communication, data storytelling, and data/AI aptitude. Using AI should be a natural part of your toolkit.
