## Overview

We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Officer, Client Services.

## Responsibilities

  
- Handle client instructions for account opening and services appropriately and within the Service Level Agreement
  
- Update and complete data capture in the system for all client service requests accurately and within the Service Level Agreement
  
- Provide support to the manager to ensure the day-end process is completed on time
  
- Report exceptions and irregularities promptly for management awareness
  
- Participate in business initiatives/projects to provide user requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, and provide internal training to the team
  
- Share best practices to improve internal processes within the team
  
- Produce Management Information reports as required
  
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders

## Requirements & Qualifications

  
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, a related field or equivalent
  
- Good knowledge in customer service, account opening/closure and/or CRS and FATCA experience
  
- Recent graduates with part-time banking/customer service experience will be considered for an Officer role
  
- Good written and communication skills in Cantonese and English
  
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
  
- Technology skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel skills are an advantage
