## About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

## Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and AI-ready Training Intern to support our Compliance training and employee development initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in instructional design, training operations, and learning analytics within the fast-growing cryptocurrency and digital assets industry.

## Role and responsibilities

As part of the team, you will contribute to building training programs that are engaging, effective, and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance learning outcomes.

  
- Support the design, development, and delivery of Compliance training programs.
  
- Assist with training operations, including scheduling, coordination, and tracking progress.
  
- Analyze learning data and metrics to inform improvements and measure impact.
  
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content aligns with regulatory requirements and business needs.
  
- Explore and implement AI-enabled approaches to enhance instructional design and learner engagement.

## Qualifications & requirements

  
- Current university student or recent graduate.
  
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and AI-ready with an interest in training and development.
  
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
- Interest in compliance within the cryptocurrency and digital assets space.
