## Overview

Would you like to be part of a team focused on helping increase the adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)? If you are passionate about cloud technologies, AWS offers a Commercial Sales Graduate Program to develop the next generation of cloud leaders. You will work in an innovative and motivating environment with opportunities to advance your career, drive AWS customer growth, and shape the future of cloud technology.

As a Commercial Sales Graduate, you will help prospects and customers move to AWS by understanding their business issues and demonstrating the unique benefits of AWS services. You will receive hands-on education, training, and mentorship to grow, learn, and be successful. Your primary responsibilities include following up with prospects and customers who showed interest in AWS services, identifying and qualifying leads, and liaising with customers from startups to established enterprises across all levels and departments to enable customer success and adoption of AWS services.

A successful AWS Commercial Sales Graduate is eager to learn, driven, and prepared to perform against goals with a focus on delivering results for customers through solutions aligned to their business goals and outcomes.

## Key Responsibilities

  
- Prospect, qualify, and call leads across Europe.
  
- Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and the potential value delivered by AWS.
  
- Deliver and report on a set of business development targets.
  
- Identify target accounts using market data and industry intelligence.
  
- Use feedback to identify opportunities to improve products, services, processes, systems, and tools.

## Qualifications

### Basic Qualifications

  
- In the final year of study for a Bachelor's or Master’s degree, or graduated in the last 12 months.
  
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English (C2 level).
  
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  
- Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management.
  
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  
- Problem-solving skills.

### Preferred Qualifications

  
- Experience delivering strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
- Experience in direct sales and partner sales leadership.
  
- Experience working with clients and demonstrating strong analytical abilities with data.
  
- Results-driven focus with analytical capability.
  
- Ability to innovate and simplify current processes and practices.
  
- Passion for technology sales and AI-first solutions.
  
- Strong interest in a technology sales career after graduation with a focus on innovative cloud and AI technologies.
