## Responsibilities

  
- Provide general administrative services, including preparation of documents required for tax filing, NOA, and other tax-related support work.
  
- Conduct general information searches.
  
- Work seamlessly with other ESS and CBS functions.
  
- Perform other ad hoc general administrative duties as required.
  
- Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to achieve agreed performance outcomes.

## Qualifications & Requirements

  
- GCE 'O' Level or above.
  
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a team administrative role; candidates with tax filing experience are preferred.
  
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  
- Meticulous attention to detail.
  
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
  
- Good problem-solving skills.
  
- Committed team player, willing to share knowledge and best practices.
  
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office and EY tools).
