Overview
We are seeking motivated talents who can take ownership, are eager to learn, and can adapt to a fast-changing environment to join our team in supporting AWS data centers. The role involves managing servers, storage, and network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted services for customers. The successful candidate will follow Amazon Data Center processes and maintain high operational standards in supporting server and network hardware and software. Shift work, including weekends and holidays, may be required after training completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and develop a career in the data center industry
- Learn and develop operations and support processes with innovation and automation
- Act as incident first responder and follow the call leader’s instructions for hands-on support
- Perform break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guidelines
- Maintain proper media operations according to process guidelines
- Capacitate landing and decommissioning according to process guidelines
- Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas

Basic Qualifications
- Interest in learning computing hardware and operating systems; good written and verbal English
- Good attention to detail
- Degree, Higher Diploma, or equivalent qualifications
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in server/network hardware and operating systems maintenance/troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines (plus, not required)
- Knowledge of computer server hardware, Linux operating system, or related processes and continuous process improvement
- Literacy in security and customer data protection
